How to easily replace a lost or broken container yourself

If your container is lost or broken (for example, if the scripts were pulled out of it), you can easily replace it yourself using our online container replacement system. This is how to do that.

  1. Log into slbloodlines.com.
  2. Go to your profile by clicking on your name in the upper right.
  3. In the right-hand column, find your Items section, and click on one of your container icons to get to your container vault.
  4. In your container vault, find the container that you lost. If you don't know the ID# of the container that you lost, you may need to determine which one it is by process of elimination, by getting the IDs of the containers you do have. You can get the ID of a container by touching the container in-world, and selecting Info. You can also identify containers by type, and by metric level.
  5. Once you've determined which container is missing on the website, touch it to go to that container's profile.
  6. In the container profile menu on the left side of the screen, and select 'Replace'. Follow the instructions on the replacement screen to replace your container. Your replacement should be delivered to you in-world.
  7. If there were any metrics in your container, they will go into your replacement reserve. Please note, this is different from your metric reserve that holds metrics you buy from vendors. Refills from the replacement reserve do not count towards refilling achievements. See the section below to learn how to refill from your Replacement Reserve.

How to Refill a Container from your Replacement Reserve
  1. Log into slbloodlines.com.
  2. Go to your profile by clicking on your name in the upper right.
  3. In the right-hand column, find your Items section, and click on one of your container icons to get to your container vault.
  4. In your container vault, find the container you want to refill and click on it.
  5. If you have metrics in your Replacement Reserve, you will see an option on the left hand side of the screen that says 'Refill'. Click on that link.
  6. This will bring you to the page that will allow you to put your Refill Reserve metrics into the container that you selected.

If you end up finding the container that was previously lost, it will be deactivated and no longer work. You can discard it. 

Once a container is replaced, the same container can't be replaced again for 30 days. If you need help with this process, please create a ticket.
