Didn't Receive HUD

In order to create a ticket in this help system, you will need to have already registered your Bloodlines website account using your Bloodlines HUD. If you purchased a HUD in Second Life and didn't receive it, you will have to contact us in-world in order to have your HUD delivered again. One of the most common reasons that deliveries fail is that you may have the accounts that own our product servers blocked. Before contacting us, please make sure that you don't have the accounts "LiquidDesigns Resident" and "Mars Bracken" blocked. You might even try blocking and then unblocking them to make sure. One way you can make sure they are not blocked is to just send each of them an IM, you can just send "unblock". Then, please contact LiquidDesigns Resident in-world in order to get your HUD delivery.

Trouble Logging In

In order to log into this help system, you will need to be able to log into your Bloodlines website account. You can register your Bloodlines website account using any Bloodlines HUD, by going to Settings (gear button) > Account > Register. This will generate a temporary password for you to log in. You can also reset your password any time using your HUD by going to Settings > Account > Reset Password. If you still can't log in, please check the following:
  1. Make sure you are using your full legacy Second Life name, formatted like a first and last name, like "Myname Resident". Do not use your display name, user name, or any other name.
  2. Make sure you are using the password that was generated by your HUD, or the password that you set after logging in through the change password form. Do not use your Second Life password to log in.
  3. Make sure that you don't have your Second Life viewer set to all-caps mode. If your viewer is set to all caps, your password will be printed in all caps in Second Life. Passwords are case-sensitive, and if they're printed in all caps, they will not work. You will need to temporarily disable all-caps mode in your viewer in order to get the correct temporary password from your HUD.
If you are still having trouble logging in, contact Lyle Maeterlinck in Second Life.
