LEGENDS - ALT USAGE

I have noted LOADS of 1 day old accounts on sim doing the quests. These are obviously ALTS. IS there any way that the age of players be changed to a minimum of say 14 day old accounts? I believe that this would help lessen the LAG and the sim being full.

If you want to lessen the number of players on the sim, eliminate the need for Determined Wells! You used to be able to earn your Determined Achievement by simply wearing your HUD, wherever you were in SL. Now, EVERYONE trying to earn the Determined Achievement is forced to visit a Liquid sim. Every. Single. Day. Literally hundreds of people coming and going all day long.

Having alts isn't a crime. If a new account is actively pursuing the game, what does it matter if they're an alt? They have to play the game the same way as everyone else.
