How to easily replace a lost Legends Resource Chest yourself

If your chest is lost or broken (for example, if the scripts were pulled out of it), you can easily replace it yourself using our online chest replacement system. This is how to do that.

  1. Log into slbloodlines.com.
  2. Go to your profile by clicking on your name in the upper right.
  3. In the right-hand column, find your Legends section, and click on 'Resources'.
  4. On your resources page, find the chest that you lost. If you don't know the ID# of the chest that you lost, you may need to determine which one it is by process of elimination, by getting the IDs of the chests you do have. You can get the ID of a chest by right-clicking the chest in-world and selecting 'inspect', and in the inspect window, look for the description. The ID will be at the end of the Description field. 
  5. Once you've determined which chest is missing on the website, click on it to go to that chest's profile.
  6. On the menu on the left side of the screen, select 'Replace'. Follow the instructions on the replacement screen to replace your chest. Your replacement should be delivered to you in-world.
  7. If there were any items in your chest, they will go into your replacement reserve. See the section below to learn how to access this reserve.

How to Refill a chest from your Replacement Reserve

  1. Log into slbloodlines.com.
  2. Go to your profile by clicking on your name in the upper right.
  3. In the right-hand column, find your Legends section, and click on 'Resources'.
  4. In your chest vault, find the chest you want to refill and click on it. It must be empty and the same size (but not necessarily the same type) as the chest that you replaced. That is, if you replaced a 25-pocket chest, you 
  5. If the chest you selected is eligible to be refilled from your reserve, you will see an option on the left hand side of the screen that says 'Refill'. Click on that link.
  6. This will bring you to the page that will allow you to refill the chest. 

If you end up finding the chest that was previously lost, it will be deactivated and no longer work. You can discard it. 

Once a chest is replaced, the same chest can't be replaced again for 30 days. If you need help with this process, please create a ticket.
